Panney Wei,C.Ht.: State Secretary


An award-winning writer, broadcaster, and motivational speaker on women’s issues, power of the mind, and personal and professional development, Panney Wei is an APA community activist and leader, serving as a Senior Advisor for the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), the National Asian American Artists Project, and Teada Productions.

She is the recipient of the “Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award” for 2011 and 2010, an Asian Heritage Awards Nominee for Excellence in Arts & Literature, and featured in the First 100, “100 Passionate People of 2010” by Taiwaneseamerican.org. Panney is host of the hit radio show “Positive Changes with Panney Wei” on KCAA 1050 AM, NBC News radio broadcast to nearly one million listeners a month.

Panney started her political career as a Goodwill Ambassador for California appointed by former Secretary of State March Fong Eu and participated in the historic 2008 Democratic National Convention.
